– this protected monument site includes a traditional house and a stable
– the farmer’s yard is situated in the centre of Vlkolínec
– the house was built in 1850, it is one of the oldest houses in Vlkolínec
– the farmer’s yard is a national cultural monument registered under number 2837/1-2

– the house is situated in the east section of the yard
– it is oriented in the north – south direction
– the house consists of an entrance hall, a storage chamber and a room
– there is a granary in the attic above the storage chamber
– the facades are painted with light-blue paint
– it has a high, stone underpinning
– it has double, one-wing, four-panel windows in a wooden frame
– the entrance to the house is from the yard, from the west side
– it has a saddle roof with angled shields
– the original shingle roofing is covered with sheet metal
– the front part of the house is made of logs
– the back part of the house is made of stone
– both parts are connected
– the entrance door to the house has a full-panel structure

– the yard is separated from the street by a wooden fence with wooden posts
– the yard can be entered through a smaller plank gate and through a larger two-wing plank gate

– the stable is located in the western part of the yard
