– this protected monument site includes a traditional house and a barn with a stable
– the farmer’s yard is situated at the lower end of Vlkolínec, on the west side of the road
– the house was built in 1872
– together, the house and the barn make up a floor plan in the shape of an L
– the farmer’s yard is a national cultural monument registered under number 2843/1-2

– the house is situated in the front section of the yard
– it is oriented in the east – west direction
– the house consists of an entrance hall, a storage chamber and a room
– the front facade and the yard facade are coated with clay and painted with yellow paint
– the front facade is east-oriented
– the yard is located north of the house
– it has a high, stone underpinning
– it has double, two-wing, six-panel windows in a wooden frame
– the entrance door to the house is full, multi-panel and made of wood
– it has a saddle, shingle roof with angled shields
– at the top of the front shield, there is a roof window and a half-circle decoration with an ornamentally carved peg
– the house is made of logs
– the house has a brick chimney on the south side
– on the north side, there are two chimney hoods protected by a roof
– on the north side, there is also a wooden rain gutter
