Farmer’s yard no. 9012

– this protected monument site includes a traditional house and a barn
– the farmer’s yard is situated at the southern end of Vlkolínec
– the house was built in 1860
– the farmer’s yard is a national cultural monument registered under number 2840/1-2

– it is oriented in the west – east direction
– the house consists of an entrance hall, a storage chamber and a room
– the facades of the log house are coated with clay and painted with cream-yellow paint
– it has a stone underpinning painted in red
– it has double, one-wing and two-wing, four-panel windows
– the entrance to the house is protected by the extension of the roof
– above the entrance to the house, there are wooden rain gutters on wooden hooks
– the entrance consists of a double door made of planks
– the walls are made of hewed wooden beams
– it has a saddle, shingle roof with angled shields
– at the top of the front shield, there is a roof window
– on the back side, the house has a window protected by a wooden shutter
– on the south side, the house has a brick chimney

– the barn is connected to the east side of the house
– it has a rectangular floor plan
– it has a stone foundation
– it has a two-wing gate
– it has a passageway structure
– it has a saddle roof with angled shields
– a part of the walls of the barn is made of logs, the other part is made of planks
– the facades are protected by four rows of shingles
