Farmer’s yard no. 9003

– this protected monument site includes a traditional house, a barn, a stable and a shed
– the farmer’s yard is situated in the eastern part of Vlkolínec, in the vicinity of the Folk Art Gallery
– it was built at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries
– the farmer’s yard is a national cultural monument registered under number 2832/1-4

– the house is situated in the western section of the yard, perpendicular to the road
– it is oriented in the north – south direction
– the house consists of an entrance hall and two rooms
– there is a cellar below the back room
– the front facade is coated with clay and painted with blue paint
– it has a high, stone underpinning
– it has two-wing, four-panel windows
– the entrance to the house consists of a wooden staircase with handrail and a porch, over which there is a gutter
– the walls are made of hewed wooden beams
– it has a saddle, shingle roof with angled shields
– at the top of the front shield, there is a roof window and a half-circle decoration with a peg

– the yard is separated from the street by a wooden fence with four wooden posts and a wall made of planks
– the yard can be entered through a smaller entrance gate made of planks and through a larger double-wing plank gate situated by the barn
– there is a saddle, shingle roof over the fence

– the barn is situated at the eastern periphery of the yard
– it has a stone underpinning
– it has a one-wing gate
– it has a passageway structure
– it has a saddle roof with angled shields

– the stable is situated in the southern section of the yard
