Traditional house no. 9007

– the house is situated in the centre of Vlkolínec, near the bell tower
– the traditional house is a national cultural monument registered under number 2835/1

– it is oriented in the west – east direction
– the house consists of a room, a kitchen and a storage chamber
– there is a cellar below the storage chamber
– the brick wall is plastered with lime mortar
– the facades are painted with yellow paint
– it has a stone underpinning
– it has double, one-wing, four-panel windows in a wooden frame
– the entrance to the house is from the yard on the south side, there are two wooden steps with wooden handrail in front of the entrance
– it has a saddle, shingle roof with angled shields
– at the top of the front shield, there is a roof window and a half-circle decoration with a peg
– on the side of the house facing the yard, the skirting and the brick section extend a few centimetres in front of the log house
– on the north side, the house has a brick chimney
– on the south side, the house has two chimney hoods
– on the north wall of the house, there is a memorial plaque dedicated to seven citizens of Vlkolínec who died at the time of the Slovak National Uprising

– the yard is separated from the street by a fence made of wooden planks

– on the east side, there is a log woodshed standing by the house
– the woodshed has a saddle roof
